My favourite restaurant

Hello everyone
My favourite restaurant is the Hortus in zonhoven.

The Hortus is a very interesting restaurant. It is not in the center of zohoven but a bit to the side of the centrum. I think not many people now of it’s existanse because when you are there it is almost never overcrouded. But nevertheless there are aways some people there.

I think it is a very good restaurant because the food that they serve there is of a wide variety. And ofcourse the food that they serve is always of a good kwality and delicious.

The staff and owners of the restaurant are super friendly and always open for a chat. Also the inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with nice furniture and al lot of decourations. Even the food you get served is thouged about and is very nice from the cutlary to the dishes and the food itself.

What is however unfortunately is that the plase is quite expesive but not super expesive like some places are. But however that means that our family doesn’t go there that often.

But overal everything is very nice and with those nice places comes high price. The food is very good the people friendly and it is a very good looking place and it love to be there. And thats why it is my favourite restaurant.

My favourite dish

Hello everyone

Today I’am going to talk about my favourite dish. And that’s offcourse pizza.
Everyone loves a slice of pizza and my favourite is the quartto formaggi. It is my favourite because I love the 4 diffirent kinds of cheese to go with the delicious pizza. And now I want to teach you how to make one yourself.

Pizza quattro formaggi

With regards to what cheeses you use, well, that is completely up to you.  The four cheeses I will be using in my pizza quattro formaggi pizza  are listed in the ingredients below:

Ingredients

  • 2 pizza dough balls
  • 100g Mozzarella
  • 100 Parmesan
  • 100 Goats Cheese
  • 100 Gorgonzola
  • 400 g Passata
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 210oc
  2. Begin by preparing the pizza dough. Roll out using a rolling pin to about 12 inches diameter.
  3. With this done prepare our sauce by mixing the passata with about two to three tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and a good pinch of salt and mix well.
  4. Prepare cheeses by slicing or dicing. With the parmesan you can either grate it or what I like to do small shavings using the shaving part of my grater or a very sharp knife and shave small slices off.
  5. With dough, sauce and cheeses ready spread out the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza bases and add the four cheeses into four sections of the pizza. Imagine it’s a clock and start at 12 o’clock to three with the mozzarella, 3 o’clock to six with the Goats cheese, 6 o’clock to 9 with the parmesan and finally 9 to 12 with the gorgonzola.
  6. Finally drizzle with some olive oil and place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes until ready.
